Artix UltraScale+ support was added in Vivado version 2021.1.1. The XEM8320-AU25P’s board file is only compatible in this Vivado Version or later.

The XEM8320-AU25P Development Platform Board File has both STD and TXR4 SYZYGY ports which support the following SYZYGY companion cards:
