2 GiB DDR4 memory w/ MIG preset configuration
Fabric/DDR4 Fixed-Frequency Clock Oscillator (100MHz)
Transceiver Fixed-Frequency Clock Oscillator (125MHz)

Follow the appropriate installation instructions at Vivado Board Files.

Restrictions

Artix UltraScale+ support was added in Vivado version 2021.1.1 and later. The XEM8310-AU25P’s board file is only compatible in these Vivado Versions.
