XEM7360
The XEM7360 is a compact USB 3.0 (SuperSpeed) FPGA integration module featuring the Xilinx Kintex-7 FPGA, 16 Gib (512 M x 32-bit) DDR3 SDRAM, two 128 Mib SPI Flash devices, high-efficiency switching power supplies, and two high-density 0.5mm expansion connectors with full gigabit transceiver capability. The USB 3.0 SuperSpeed interface provides fast configuration downloads and PC-FPGA communication as well as easy access with our popular FrontPanel application and SDK. Two low-jitter crystal oscillators (100 MHz and 200 MHz) are attached to the FPGA.
