Reason for the Change
The Intel Enpirion family of power modules has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Intel EN5311QI is used on the XEM7001-A15 to generate the on-board 3.3V and 1.0V supplies. Opal Kelly has identified suitable replacement parts for these supplies.
Description of the Change
The Enpirion devices on the XEM7001-A15 are being replaced as described in the table below.
